Lighting control in Resolume – Oleg Tysyachny (True Light Crew) & Roman Pechorin 

This workshop is for those who are already confident users of Resolume when it comes to video, but want to go a step further. How to use LED strips, laser equipment, and lighting devices in a single project? Alongside the technical part, this workshop will offer some insights into the process of creating installations, and some out-of-the-box lighting solutions. 

Oleg Tysyachny (True Light Crew) & Roman Pechorin will share their personal experience and know-how’s of creating light installations and shows.

Oleg Tysyachny 
Co-founder of True Light Crew, moderator of the Moscow Resolume community, VJ and lighting artist. He’s been performing at events all over the world for the last 9 years. The last few years he’s been working on developing installations and visual concepts for events using Resolume software for controlling video and light. In 2018 he participated in the educational programme of the Circle of Light Festival, and other educational initiatives around Russia.

Roman Pechorin
Developer, designer and researcher of light installations and light control systems for events. Technical producer. Video engineer. Lighting designer. A photographer in the past. Technical director at Powerhouse and Pluto. Works in Resolume and Touchdesigner.

Requirements for the participants: 
- Confident users of Resolume interface and basic functionality.

Technical requirements:
– Laptop. 
– An Ethernet port on your laptop.
– Pre-installed Resolume 6.
