An HR session will be held as part of the Circle of Light 2019 Educational Programme, curated by Spice IT Recruitment, a specialized HR agency.

The way a Speed Dating Job Interview works is you get 5-7 minutes to talk about yourself, your skills and practical experience, in a nutshell, everything you consider most relevant, get feedback from potential employers, and even exchange contacts. Candidates have 5-7 minutes with each employer before going on to the next one, until they’ve been to see all the companies.

Speed Dating Job Interview is not only an opportunity to tweak your self-presentation skills and test the waters. It’s a good chance to land a job, with real HR and recruitment managers participating on the side of the business.
