历史
《艺术愿景》是光雕投影和VJ比赛，参与者包括来自全球各地的职业、业余艺术家，在“光环”莫斯科国际灯光节框架内每年举行一次。
2012年首次举行艺术愿景比赛，当时只有俄罗斯的参与者。2012年起独联体国家团队报名参赛。第三届比赛吸引了来自13个国家和地区的35名艺术家。
2014年制定了三个奖项：经典类、现代类和VJ。所有艺术结构展示在国经成就展——莫斯科最大、最流行的公园之一。评委组由知名设计师、艺术家、VJ和明星组成。当年参与比赛的团队代表24个国家和地区。
2015年第五届艺术愿景比赛在莫斯科大剧院投正面影了经典类奖项参赛者的作品。其它奖项的作品在国经成就展展示。评委组组长为英国知名灯光设计师伍道夫，他专门为伦敦奥运会创作了灯光秀，此外还与迈克尔•杰克逊、滚石乐队等明星合作过。
2016年在可容纳3000人的消息大堂/Известия Холл/首次举行非公开VJ决斗，VJ为观众展示了独一无二的现场演出。特邀来宾为来自保加利亚的DJ DIASS。
2018年首次同时利用三个建筑物正面来放映光雕，因此经典类光雕比赛的五个最终获胜队伍都有机会展示其杰作，在大剧院、小剧院和示范剧院的正面投射270度全景。
“光之环”灯光节和“艺术愿景”光雕竞赛暌违两年，终于回归！ 继续正常举行活动！

is one of the founders of OGE Creative Group based in Israel. The company focuses on architectural design, light design and light installations that have had great success at the light festivals all over the world. Since 2017 OGE CG are the artistic directors of the Light Festival in Jerusalem.

ROBBERT TEN CATEN (Netherlands)
is a co-organizer and funder of Glow Festival of Light in Eindhoven, co-curator of Glow Association of International Festivals of Light and project manager of Eindhoven365 non-commercial organization, the curator of the Cidneon Light Festival in Brescia, Italy. At the moment Robbert is devoted to ILO Organization of International Light Festivals.

NOBUMICHI ASAI (Japan)
is a Japanese producer and technical director of P.I.C.S.Co (Tokyo). Nobumichi has always created innovation combining technologies and art. Surely enough his most famous work is the Face Tracking and Projection created together with makeup artist Hiroto Kuwahara that overwhelmed the internet community and professional media. His other works include the huge 3D projection on Seikei University in Tokyo in 2011, projection installation for Subaru launch in 2014, awarded 3D projection at the media art festival in Yokohama and 3D holographic projection.

is Deputy Head of the Mass Media and Advertising Department of Moscow Administration and Head of Holiday Decoration Department. Every year she is responsible for organization and realization of the Light Festival. Eugenia Fedichkina was a judge of ART VISION Competition in 2013.

PEDRO ZAZ (Portugal)
is a VJ, artist, performer, co-founder of United VJs pulling together creative creatures from Brazil and South America to the USA and Europe. Zaz is a director and one of the principal organizers of Expanded Cinema festival FULLDOME UK. He has also co-created the Blendy Dome VJ and the Blendy 360 CAM software used for content creation and VJing in dome environments all over the world
